I never leave reviews but I absolutely loved my stay here. It was beautiful and the view from our room was amazing. The bar was awesome and the breakfast was good. Perfectly located—just a short walk to all the top attractions. I do feel it was on the pricer side of our budget but definitely worth it.

First we would like to express our deep appreciation for Hotel Balestri for their kindness. We accidentally booked the wrong dates and they allowed us to correct our error without hesitation. The hotel was also spotless, treated its guests with utmost care, kindness, and respect and provided a lovely complimentary breakfast. It is also very accessible to all that Florence has to offer. We highly recommend.

Hotel was beautiful. Stunning views, very clean and the staff were really nice and very helpful. Location was excellent for all the local attractions, shops, restaurants and transport. We had a wonderful dinner and cocktails here too. There is some work being done outside the hotel but this did not affect us. I would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to be back to Florence.

This was a perfect spot for us. We were close to the Uffizi as well as the Ponte Vecchio. Lots of places to eat and enjoy the ambiance of Florence. We got to watch the Crew races on Sunday as well as the gondoliers cruising the Arno which was right outside our window. We chose a "room with a view" and were extremely please. Did not realize that breakfast was included in the price of our room and it was a lovely surprise. It was very quiet at night and we got good nights rest for our stay.

The hotel location is excellent. Air conditioning and elevator were functioning very well. Room service was excellent. Breakfast is limited but okay. The room size is small. WiFi was slow initially but was very good later on. We enjoyed our stay.
