"Everything was clean and Pleasant. We felt pretty deceived regarding pictures of a hot tub. When We booked your hotel it was mostly due to the fact your photos had featured a hot tub, but after arriving we found it had been covered up with a deck. Super disappointing. But overall nice and big clean room was a plus. "

"Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport, and, their restaurant stays open until 10 pm, which was awesome. "

"You need a better breakfast quality. Charge if you have to but the frre breakfast is a train wreck I choose to eat else where which is fine. "

"I could not find a hairdryer and requested from front desk and waited for a half hour and they still didn’t deliver to room which the front desk said they would and they haven’t my hair is long and it was 16 degrees out still winter so I used my curling iron to dry my hair, not happy with the customer services I actually had the male housekeeper to look in the bathroom to see that the hairdryer was missing and tell him to relay to front desk. Still no delivery of hairdryer. :("

"Paid $30 for early check in and there was no room available as it still needed to be cleaned. When I let the receptionist know that we paid the $30 fee to be able to check early. She went to say there was still no room available until I stated I paid that fee, then there was a room available. We were on the first level, walked down the stairs and it smelled like weed and cigarettes. Then we we got to our room, my husband went to use the bathroom and went to dry his hands and the towel he grabbed had make up all over it. They had rolled up a dirty towel to make it seem clean. The bed was made and when we went to pull the blankets off there were crumbs and stains. The pillowcase had like sweat stains on them? We left immediately and were told they couldn’t check us out until the manager was in and he would he in at 4pm. We went back at 6pm and were told he doesn’t come in that late he will be in at 8 am in the morning the next day. We went the next day and he was not available, but we were able to get him on the day we were supposed to be checked out. He was very helpful and was apologizing. "

"Breakfast was great, and our room was clean. The only problem I had was that there were no clean towels, so I had to go down to the front desk and ask for them."

"Property and rooms very clean, but due to mobility issues i won't return. Facility has many steep stairs, 3 rooms are downstairs with no hand railing near top of stairs. Bathroom has a higher than normal step to the toilet and shower with no hand rails. I had a very late check-in and it was flawless, had to extend for another night was was not an issue, thank you. Loved the property, very nice for persons still able to get around."
