Steve the GM is very hands on and approachable if there were a problem. The reception staff are super friendly and happy to give guidance. Rooms are spotless and have massive beds and decent bathroom with choice of shower style and also bath. The view is breathtaking and we would sit with a coffee outside after breakfast to take it in.
