"This hotel is abysmal! The bathroom is falling apart. We requested a non-smoking room and it’s at the end by the parking and the people who smoke stand right by our door, so it smelt like a smoking room anyway. The sink would not fully drain, there were strange stains on the ceiling and wall, mold in the corners of the bathtub and shower along with the ceiling in the corner above the bathroom. The whites of the sheets were dingy and very itchy, and felt like there was sand in the sheets. I requested two extra pillows and another comforter, and the staff laughed and said they only had one pillow and they would bring me another comforter more than an hour later the staff member knocks at our door and I could tell the reason why it took so long was because she washed the comforter. While I appreciate the effort in a clean comforter, it was not fully dry and very damp in the middle, therefore deeming it useless to us. There were bugs in the room flying and on the ground. They serve breakfast, but do not allow you to take it to your room. The entire room felt creepy, filthy and unwelcoming. We were to stay two days and left early in the morning after the first night. When we advised the entire staff, they pushed us off and kept saying that they were thankful for the information. But in a way I could tell they were gonna do nothing about it. Also, it seemed as though people were living there, not staying there for a vacation or a quick weekend. Save money don’t stay there!!"
