"Perfect location, parking and room was great. Breakfast was good as well, tea time is a very nice plus. Only negative I have is when checking in, the young lady was not nice and very dismissive. However the second woman at the desk was very friendly and attentive. "

" We stayed 5 nights over the Christmas 2025 holiday while visiting family. .Very nice, clean hotel. Comfortable room. Transfer to the airport was seamless. 2 bars with TV's. Convenient right off I-95. Plenty of parking. We did not eat there or use the pool so can't comment. We would stay here again without reservation. Look no further. "

"Very friendly staff, Shellie at the front desk has been authentically friendly and very helpful. Clean, quiet room, very big hotel at 9 min from center of town by car. Breakfast was not included but it’s available by paying at the Little Clam inside the hotel. "

"The room was very clean with updated amenities. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly and we appreciated that we were able to check in a bit early. We enjoyed the sitting area off the lobby with the gas fireplace. The only place for improvement was the breakfast. The restaurant was very understaffed for a Sunday morning and the food was rather underwhelming after a long-ish wait. However, huge shout out to the young man working the restaurant during our breakfast service - he was composed, friendly and worked hard to bus tables, take orders, serve as host, and make sure guests had what they needed. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at The Pell, but would skip the breakfast next time. "

"I stayed in this same hotel room for quite a longer stay than originally expected. Over the 6 weeks I was here, the staff was incredible. Every person was kind, friendly and helpful in whatever way possible. They all greeted my seven month old baby every day with a smile and a conversation. I truly enjoyed my time here and will look to stay here whenever necessary in the future. "
