"The property is two separate locations. It says its a two bedroom apartment and there is just a one bedroom studio. Its not clear which you are getting. The bed in the one bedroom which we got stuck with is really uncomfortable and there is no space to do anything in that room. I felt pretty frustrated as i thought the space was going to be bigger because of the pictures shown in the ad. "

"On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. "

"Perfect for touring!! 1 minute to the train station! I went to Lugano Switzerland 2 days. Then 2 days walking 7 minutes to Lake Como, its historical sites and access to all of the Lake Como boat tours! Then took the train to Milano 2 days all while staying in this beautiful apartment! I’d rate all 5s but unfortunately there was a problem with one of the 3 keys to the door locks that was repaired promptly. I’d stay here again when returning. I Love Como!! Questions? "

"Everything in this aprt was good and very user-friendly. Very highly recommended. Recommended to everybody who needs to spend some time in Como or nearby... It is a very private and clean apartment. Customer service very highly prof their ability to help when needed. "

"The location is perfect .Modern, spacious, clean, super bright and comfortable rooms. Everything very close to the property, train station , restaurants, bars and shops . Excellent location that makes it easy to access Como and Como lake areas. The location was central, and easily reachable on foot or public transport. "The onsite restaurant for breakfast was perfect; staff was very friendly. The room was a perfect size. My only negative was that the AC was weak, the towel rack in the bathroom was at shoulder heights and me and spouse kept hitting our heads, the the shower pan floor was super slippery and the shower head was poorly placed. Overall though, worth the price based on amenities and location. Walking distance to the lake and self-serve laundry which was great for us. "

"The room was fine with a lovely shower. The hotel is not far from the motorway and easy to access. We liked the secure underground parking and the breakfast. The small shop in the lobby sells drinks and snacks and microwave meals. Pinocchio bar down the road was good for beers and there are several restaurants within walking distance."
