"This location was fantastic and easily walkable throughout the city of como, and a 6-8 minute walk from the lake. We had a first floor unit which was great for us since we had our two young kids and a stroller with us, however there are units on the 2nd floor which is up a large staircase. The room was sizable, clean, and modern which was nice compared to other places we stayed at near Como. The AC was pumping as well which was amazing considering the heat wave at the time. Juliet helped us during check in and she was fantastic and extremely accommodating. There was an issue with access to our original unit and she made quick phone calls and ultimately moved us to the ground floor unit which was an upgrade from our original booking. The parking lot was a plus but entry to the lot was VERY tight. It was manageable but make sure you have a smaller car if you want to be safe. The central location made everything easily accessible by walking so driving in and out of the lot isn't needed as much. Overall we had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to young adults or young families if you are able to get a ground floor unit."

"The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was a very good size and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options and open until 10.30 which is good if you need a lie in. The pool on the roof was cold so we didnt stay long and the bar menu was limited but we enjoyed lounging up on the roof terrace"
