"The property location is fantastic but it was lacking AC and it was super loud since we had to keep the window open all night. We did not enjoy our stay, it was super hot and we didn’t sleep. We asked for a fan but was ignored via message “what’s app” also it soo hot in the room we had to resort to wetting towels and putting it on our heads due to the heat. "Neues/renoviertes kleines Hotel etwas oberhalb von Como. Mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Sehr nette Gastgeber, hilfbereit für Restauranttipps. Unkomplzierter Service, schöner Garten, privater Parkplatz am Haus. Neue, schöne saubere Zimmer, gut eingerichtet, gute Ablageflächen im Bad, alles gepflegt. Leider waren wir nur 2 Tage auf der Durchreise. Sollten wir wieder nach Como kommen, buchen wir gerne wieder bzw. sprecen wir gerne Empfehlung aus."

"The owner, Maurizio, was very friendly and went out of his way to tell us all about Como and what to do with our limited time there. We had a family room, which turned out to be 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. There was a bathroom accessible from the hallway, but it was private for our family. Very nice hotel in Como

"Very nice hotel centrally located in Como. Very convenient to many restaurants and only a few blocks from the lake and the ferry, ferry ticket office, and the small boat pier. Room was comfortable, air conditioned, with very nice bathroom features. The breakfast had a good selection of choices, some fresh fruit, good coffee. Staff was very friendly and professional. The quick access to the lakefront was greatly appreciated."
