"The location was great and the views .. staff was friendly and helpful.. good pool area and gym .. a couple of things that wasn’t great was the beds were too hard the mattresses and the shower heads were fixed so you couldn’t change the water stream .. and the parking for your car was way over priced for $20 a night "

"The girl on the front desk was amazing for our stay polite and efficient in attending a bathroom matter when our room wasn’t serviced as requested. The shower didn’t stop from flowing through our bathroom we had to use towels to mop the floor and left them for the cleaning staff. We had to ask the girl for the room to be cleaned and she asked the staff to clean the room. Other than the bathroom the suite was great and good undercover parking. The outside garden and grass overgrown just like the rest of Canberra. Breakfast was good. "
"The hotel is a oasis of calm. The service and style of this 100 year old beauty is also a elegant haven in Canberra that delivers excellence in service and interior style. "
"The motel is clean, well maintained and has easy access. Plenty on on-site parking. Staff are efficient and friendly. It is an older property but priced accordingly. Recommend."
