"It was an ok stay"

Grand Magic Hotel Marne La Vallée

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Grand Magic. The reception and whole downstairs area is lovely. The decor, colours and interactive screens do make it feel magical. Everything was clean and in good condition in the bar area. Nice places to sit and an outside area as well with inflatable slides etc for children. Although we didn't get time to make use of it! Breakfast/Dinner room was also clean and nice. Did not get time to use pool. We had a family room, one double bed and a bunk bed. The theme was constellations and our 6yo loved the moon light on the wall next to her bed. The room was clean but there were a few stains on the carpet and the bathroom was a bit dated. It was certainly adequate for what we needed and while it could do with some updating, it felt clean which is key. The air con did not work though, which did make the nights less comfortable but thankfully temps were only mid 20's. Any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, standard hotel selection of hot and cold buffet food. We ate dinner there one night and this was also good. A varied selection and we all really enjoyed what we had. It was the same price as eating in Disney Village though! We ended up using Uber's to get to and from the Park, as at times the bus looked too crowded (little one hates it!) and it was so much quicker. Would definitely recommend the hotel with opinion that downstairs is a 4 star hotel, the rooms are 3 star, some of which need updating."

"Novotel was the best! I will make Novotel home base if I go back to Paris again and will check to see if there are any Novotel hotels in the countries that I will be traveling to in the future. The staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was excellent! We ate there several times. The deHalles location was so very convenient! Thank you for helping to make a most memorable trip!"

"Awesome place to stay with your family to go to Disneyland, Paris. The breakfast was delicious, the amenities were great for the kids, including the pool and the arcade. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland was perfect. The staff were very helpful, especially Brahen who went above and beyond when we left a backpack at Disney Village. We asked for his help to call the restaurant we left it in to help translate and not only did he call them, he drove to the restaurant, picked up the backpack and delivered it to our room. He refused a tip for his above and beyond gesture as well!"

Pullman Paris Montparnasse Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful property and it was super convenient as we needed to catch an early train to Bordeaux in the morning. Lots of great restaurants around. We had some minor issues upon arrival but management solved all of them in no time so we really appreciate Pullman level of service. Thank you, we had a great stay!"
