"Everything was excellent"

"The TV didn’t work, the refrigerator door cover broke, the hotel was too hot, the door security lock broke, the key card had to be reset. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was clean and refreshing "

"The room was clean and our beds comfortable, parking lot is 24hrs with security guard and front desk was good. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the first night we had issues with the toilet that was fixed the same night, however; the water was dirty and we could not shower, the maintenance guy said that they cleaned the water heater and it was normal for the water to look dirty, he asked us to let it run for a few second which we did but still we got the same problem. We noticed the city fixing the street right outside the hotel, the bathroom had a bad smell too, not sure if it was coming from outside. The next morning the housekeeper tried to open our front door, she apologized later, I think she needs to read the front door signed before entering to clean. "
