I’ve done a significant amount of travel and can say that my stay at this hotel was top 3.
The staff were professional, positive, and engaging. The standard room was spacious, clean, well maintained, bedding was comfortable, and the water pressure was on point.
Entering the hotel from the street you get an immediate sense of an earlier era. While you might read this property is not modern. I believe that this is by intent. Nothing is in disrepair and you will feel the luxury and service by design.

the kitchen was shut down for repairs and the food was the biggest reason I chose that location and I was so disappointed I couldn’t use those amenity options. The staff was very friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever experienced otherwise, but the food not being available was a huge bummer

Great stay, friendly staff
Stay was excellent, friendly staff, clean rooms, walls in bathroom were a little distressed, but that didnt have a effect on the overall stay,
