However, it was obvious that the tub had been patched for leaks around the edges multiple times and the shower head was leaking and was not adjustable as one would have expected. It may be the case where you just have to shut that room down and have the tub professionally repaired so that guests would not get the feelings that they were tossed into one of your less optimal rooms. I personally got the feeling I was given a lower standard...

"The front desk person was extremely friendly even with it being after midnight. I was extremely happy that my room was clean and free of pests. I have a good amount of horror stories from this week so I'm just happy you guys were able to turn my week around. "
