"Arrived into town 2 hours before checkin. Did not expect our room to be ready but thought we'd just give it a try. Lady at the Front desk was very understanding and while our room was not quite ready, she upgraded us to the suite and gave us a call as soon as it was available, which ended up being before the advertised check in. Very accommodating and friendly, would recommend. "

This property informed us twice to contact the third party expedia for the reason why our reservation was cancelled and expedia was unaware this had happened. "Our stay was serviceable. We didn't use the breakfast which was provided. We were hoping to use the pool, but it was closed for the duration of our stay. That was the biggest disappointment. The wood floor had some corners coming up that hurt if you stepped wrong with bare feet. The staff was great in helping the room across the hall with a water issue that made its way into our room. Everything was dry and cleaned up in no time. Columbus is a nice little city with a lot of history."
