Evening staff was helpful. Room was fine. Did not expect too much from breakfast but was quite disappointed. Very little variety, 2 types of cereal, plain bagels, juice, and partly frozen boiled eggs. Coffee maker was broken.

Thank you for having a microwave in the room. Better yet, it would be great if it actually worked! Check the dispensers for soap and shampoo. Again, nice amenity but better yet if they were filled and didn't run out part way through one's shower! Tip - bring a duster, not well dusted.

The one thing that was a bit deficient was the lack of food at the continental breakfast. The kicker was that there was no bread for toast! Acquiring a loaf of bread shouldn't be an insurmountable obstacle yet when I asked about it I was told "we're all out." The coffee maker didn't work, either. I don't drink coffee at breakfast so not a big deal for me, but a lot of people want their morning coffee! The staff were all pleasant and helpful, though. The room was fine. Parking was easy. Location was good.

Good hotel would stay again if in the area. Pool is a little small and I’m curious if it was salt water filtered but still enjoyed the swim. Very busy right off the highway onto a main road. It didn’t effect sleep

An adequate hotel in a strategic location

This hotel was in a good location for the visits I did on the Columbus west side. I wouldn't describe it as exceptional but it was adequate. The free breakfast was entirely forgettable and the last day I ate breakfast at a nearby restaurant. There were restaurants within walking distance of the hotel which was a benefit. I enjoyed dinner at a Roosters that was walking distance from the hotel.
