Good stay, little disappointed w/ breakfast choice

Almost a 5 star, like 4.5⭐️. Breakfast was only slight disappointment, not great, just OK. Nothing special, and no pastries at all? Kind of odd. Hotel is very nice. New property, decent location with a couple restaurants within walking distance. Was pleased they have EV chargers, I used that. Like the full size fridge in room. Nice efficiency kitchen. Bathroom a bit tight, bot otherwise fine.

When we arrived, we were immediately greeted upon arrival. Check-in was smooth and the room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a nice amenity even if we did not use it.

Was a very attractive lobby & the staff was very attentive to our needs. Our room was more than we expected. TV doesn't have much choice of viewing experience. Internet connection was satisfactory. Will stay here again

I booked on Expedia and was given a key to a room that was already occupied. I walked in, not knowing and there was all of their belongings. I paid a higher price for a 2 room suite which wasn't available so my room was downgraded but the price stayed for the most expensive room. Still not resolved. I won't book through Expedia again.

Surprising -was a bit disappointed

I love the room size but the shower was broken. The faucet handle on the shower would just spin and spin - I didn’t ask to switch rooms because my mom uses a walker and we had already unloaded everything so it would have been a lot of trouble. The pull out couch had a sheet on the mattress when we pulled it out that was clearly used /had hair and stains on it. Gross. I’ve stayed in Home2suites before and I love the size of the rooms -this one was just not up to par. Breakfast was decent. I did like that they honored our request to be on first floor. I appreciated that.
