The hotel itself was very good. However, I booked my room many months in advance and was told my booked room with two queen beds and a pull out couch was not available. Only a king and a couch which my two daughters had to sleep on. Very disappointed and won’t be staying either Hyatt again.

The Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Conference Center
Great location. Good amenities. The tub sides were a bit tall for older adults to step over to take a shower. No grab bars in the shower.
