I don’t know, our room we had reserved for almost a week was given away to an award member and we never received a phone call letting us know until we were checking in.

Room was clean. Staff was great.

Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Easton
Pool was closed. Room was not ready upon checkin. We had 3 rooms. All three were not vacumed. Front desk was a hot mess. Another guest came up and said they walked in on someone because they gave them a room with someone in it. Definetly will not stay there again.

Residence Inn Marriott Easton
What a great property- Carlos at the front desk was so fabulous and many staff we encountered were the same. We came for Arnold and walking distance to eating and shopping. Their breakfast bar was scrumptious . Lyft was only 15 mins to downtown. We are definitely booking here next year.
