"American Experience: I was worried about being able to get checked into the hotel as per the directions: "Guests will receive an access code. Guests are recommended to download the property's . mobile app before check-in" I never received a message or email regarding the properties access code and there is no app that I could find at all that was tied to the app. I tried getting in contact through expedia to the property but had no luck or response. I did reach out via phone and they provided me...
"To be honest, I really liked the hotel. The welcome and room comfort were great. Daily cleaning was also well done. My only recommendation would be to have a car. Of course, you can reach the city center by public transportation, but the number of buses was limited, so you need to pay attention to the schedule. However, if you have a car, don’t hesitate at all—it was a wonderful experience."

"Nice hotel perfect if you’re flying out of the airport. Room was a good size and very clean. Elevators are a little odd in that once you select your floor they designate an elevator. It can be difficult to find space in one at peak times."
"I really enjoyed my 5 night stay here! Rooms are spacious and the location near the main railway station makes it easy to get into the center (or it’s not far to walk). Staff very helpful and efficient, room was impeccably clean. Some noise from trains or traffic depending on where room is…but in general this is a super hotel and I will gladly stay here again!"
