Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre.

Good hotel in the middle of Köln. Walking distance to all the sites, restaurants, and shopping. Pleasant place to stay for family, couples, or solo traveler.

AMERON Köln Hotel Regent
Our stay in the Ameron was very pleasant as always. We had a small problem with the air conditioning which was never quite resolved but we're very fond of this hotel and the area in which it's located
