"This was my first visit to Cologne, and this Coty class did not disappoint. The staff were simply outstanding (friendly, helpful, proactive, and responsive to our various needs), the breakfast offered a wide variety of high quality delicious options, and the convenience to shops, food/gelato/resraurants/drinks, nightlife, riverfront (they don’t have a fitness center so this was a big bonus), the Cathedral and the train station couldn’t have been better. We literally stepped off the train and walked past the Cathedral to our hotel in less than 4 minutes! I would definitely stay here again! "

"Having stayed here a number of times previously, the Hyatt Regency was my first choice, and as ever didn't disappoint. Its an excellent hotel, breakfast is superb, and the staff a delight. If I have to voice one criticism, the cost of guest parking has become excessive."
