"Everything was clean. Bath tub and carpet was a little outdated but overall would recommend. No microwave in the room but one was available by the pool. Location was good/safe & valet worked really hard."

"I would like to say that it was one gentleman outside that was an employee and he was not in valet, any who, he was so friendly and helpful. The customer service host at check in was ok but the gentleman was rude, non approachable and looked like he didn’t want to be bothered nor did he greet anyone with a smile, very dry personality. My issue is that you pay all this money for a hotel and you have to pay that much for parking is results. I don’t care who you are and this hotel was not the classiest at all. The rooms smelled like old wet carpet but the house keepers are truly outstanding and the breakfast attendant was good. I will never again try to book a room with the Hyatt. The price and then having to pay for parking is absurd."

"If you are using valet parking at the hotel instead of at a nearby lot, allow extra time for drop-off, and especially for retrieval, if on a tight schedule. I assume my car was somewhere in an Underground Atlanta parking lot because it took a while, even at 6:30 AM on a Sunday, for the attendant to arrive with the car."
