"The location of this property can't be beat; less than 10 minutes one way is the train station, and less than 10 the other is the Palais des Papes. The room was small but clean, and the host was very kind and welcoming. "Perfect location right outside the Avignon City Central train station. The entry courtyard is stunning with a historic charm. While the room wasn’t ready until check-in time, I was happy to get access to the rooftop pool and wait with my sunglasses and book. My room was in the old section of the hotel - a simple, smaller room on the top floor with a comfortable bed. For those wondering, the air conditioning was more than enough to keep me cool during 90F days! It just takes a little while to cool the whole room - then I even turned it down. When I come back to Avignon, I’ll stay here again!"
