You can sit on the floor at the long mirror to do your make up, but no plug to do hair, so sit at the table where there is a plug but no mirror, or wait an eternity until the bathroom is free. "Booked late after a last minute change of work plans, and found this within budget. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Room on 6th Floor (an upgrade) was great. Spacious, well appointed, comfortable bed and - the standout - very nice effective black blinds. Slept perfectly. Gym was good, but busier than other cdb hotels I use regularly. Pool nice, sauna was out of order. Got a couple of drinks vouchers through hotels.com Silver status and was able to use the m in the Brewery next door. Massive bonus, that. Good atmosphere, better than a regular hotel bar. Great grilled fish too. Will stay again when available."

"The hotel was very nice. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised to find the immense shopping center below the hotel. 3 floors of shopping and eating...which we did... One weird thing however, is the bathroom showers....No way to keep the floors dry with the design of the curb free showers. we used every towel, every day just to keep the floor dry. We were worried about slipping on the slick tile after it got wet. To be fair, our hotel in Melbourne was the same...so perhaps an Australia thing?? BUT, that weird detail did not stop us from loving the location, the room, and the excellent sleep we had in the super comfy beds. Price wise the per night rate was reasonable. Don't sign up for the breakfast however...very expensive...You can eat at hundreds of other places within walking distance. "
