"Nice hotel with small parking (a bigger lot is just across the street). Breakfast during the week is not buffet-style, a server will take your order etc. Pool was nice. Room was good size, and beds were pretty comfy too. Very nice ocean view from the balcony. The only issue was cleanliness…bathroom was not very clean, I found hair on the floor as soon as we walked it. Same for the corridor, it was pretty dirty."

"The TV was not a smart TV and had minimum cable channels. It just felt like the unit needed some upgrades. The bathroom had a nasty leaky spot above the shower head that was black and looked like a piece was going to fall off. It was not big, but it just made ya feel icky being the shower. The towels and sheets/comforters were old and rough. A few upgrades and it would be perfect!"

"The reason I gave four stars was because the place is old and had signs of upkeep needed. Being from Florida myself, I understand what the beach does to buildings and how quickly they go into disarray. With that being said, the place was very clean and maintained for its age. It had a couple different restaurants and two bars open we didn’t use the fifth floor pool, but we did the one that was out on the deck. It was perfect location for all that’s happening in Daytona. I’m not a fan of having to pay $35 a night for parking overnigh across the street but there’s really nowhere else to park because it’s on the beach. You can walk to a lot of other restaurants and the bandshell, which used to have concerts and still does sometimes. We overlooked the beach and it was amazing at sunset and sunrise. It’s great for couples or families. I would totally stay there again. I have nothing bad to say about it and they were very friendly and helpful. Maurice at the front desk was awesome."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Daytona Beach Regency! Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and essentials we needed, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. The pool and grilling areas were always clean, well maintained, and readily available, making them a great place to relax with the family. What truly made our stay stand out was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. We especially appreciated receiving a daily text from the front desk checking in to see how our day was going and asking if we needed anything. That thoughtful gesture made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend the Daytona Beach Regency to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay!"
