"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect. Our bed sheets did not appear to be clean and the comforter was thinner than a sheet. Sheets had several stains and dried candy stuck to them. There was a lot of sand on the floor and hairs that weren’t ours all over the bathroom. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room. Awesome location and okay amenities but not overly clean. We had to wear shoes in the room due to sand on the floor but that’s probably part of a beach front hotel. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff made up for the grubby room. "

"El hotel para nada es lo que enseña la foto lo único bueno de ese día fue la atención del front end que fue nice. Todo lo demás llegue y me decepciones tuve que buscar un hotel en el área de emergencia. El cuarto tiene buena vista pero estaba demacrado roto y paredes manchada y para nada que parecía a la foto. No era lo que ofrecían en la foto de hotel nuevo salió que era uno viejo sin remodelación y demacrado el precio vería calidad para nada que ver. Es un hotel corriente a precio de lujo. No recelondado para nada. Si es que no tengas opción. Si hubiera puesto la foto real no me hubiera importado pero que me demuestre una foto de algo lindo y luego claro que uno se decepciona y frustra. "

"The property was well maintained but the housekeeper on the 2nd night (Friday) made the bed up with a shirt still left under the sheets. Not sure if she was in a hurry or not."

"Did not get the oceanfront that I booked thru hotels.com. Also lady at front desk was not helpful at all, said for extra $59 a night she could put me in the room we booked. Was a funky smell to the room and ac was not that cool. Also pictures on the website do not match the rooms at all and the complementary breakfast was very little! Absolutely no beachview from room!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the trip especially relaxing. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again."

"While this was a reasonably price stay for an oceanfront venue, we would have been happier spending more money elsewhere. The room was reasonably clean upon arrival but they only clean every other day. Sand on the tile floor is a problem and trash builds up quick. We only got one towel each for our 3 day stay there never any available when we requested more. Pet friendly but the smell of dog permates the air. TV remote only changed channels and volume, we had to get out of bed to turn it off. Shower water was just lukewarm. Plus we were charged an additional $8.00 a day "Resort Fee". The only ammenity was swimming pool, which was well maintained. We had to use ice in the refrigerator to keep drinks cold. "
