"We had a situation regarding with the room cleaning, although after my request the staff promptly solve the issue. Beach view is a beautiful!"

"Bathroom in lobby no soap, no paper towels in a period of three hours, had to ask for a soap bar at the front desk. Room wasn't clean . Beds were clean but floor sandy and dirty I had to mop myself with a towel. Staff very friendly and helpful, I had to go at 5:30 am to front desk to get the maintenance property due no water in toilet .......a piece was broken. Breakfast area clean , food was good. Room had a Oceanview balcony we enjoyed as well the beach."

"Not everyone will live this place. It’s not the biggest and best but it is cozy and convenient. If you are a simple laid back person who can appreciate a nice comfy bed, book it. I loved the beds, the staff, free parking, little diner-like restaurant with Asian heavy menu, rooftop bar & close enuf to the Bandshell which was our daily destination for NCA NDA. It’s got a LOT of history which you can get the skinny from the GM on rooftop. Bartenders up there were so nice and talkative (if u are interested in talking) but will leave u be if that’s your vibe too. Met some locals up there too! They all feel like friends now! Lastly that view from the rooftop is amazing. Even if u don’t stay here, plan on a night to hangout up there. You WILL NOT be disappointed. If you enjoy being out but not in a crazy loud bar, you’ll appreciate that too. The lobby has free coffee and all kinds of creamer available plus there’s a coffee and pastry cart right outside. That is part of reason i describe this place as being convenient bc u can get something to eat almost whenever you want. Now the hotel advertises it’s a lively place and doesn’t lie about the amount of noise u might experience. It’s true but it didn’t bother us. if u are picky & need luxury, u might not appreciate this place. gotta have that kind of mindset!! But I certainly didn’t feel like I was settling. One more thing to note the 2nd floor has no elevator service … 5 steps to climb "
