"The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is quite wide. Excellent service.
Though refrigerator and shower head should be cleaned!
Overall great hotel worth staying "
"Very convenient location, walkable to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are older and have not been updated in a while, and the hotel was under construction at the time we stayed, but the amazing staff and the excellent breakfast made up for it and I would stay again."
"The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating.
There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."
"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees:
"Hotel fees
The price DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out."
The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....
"The hotel facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. I used room 901, and the TV and single sofa were placed far apart. The iPad was not mirrored on the smart TV. Other than that, I was satisfied and would use it again."

"Really nice hotel. A little frustration was to have the WiFi switched off as soon as room key was handed over.
Didn’t have breakfast.
Great location "
"The room was on the smaller side and came with the balcony. The stay was so pleasant and the breakfast buffet was small but nice. We enjoyed sitting in the summer terrace too. "
"We stayed on the ground floor away from the road and it was really quiet. The breakfast was ok for a small hotel. We found the hotel comfortable. We did have a safe problem, which wasn’t fixed, but we did only stay 2 nights."
"Fantastic property. The staff at the front desk could be a bit less robotic and learn a more friendly demeanor, otherwise everything about the property was amazing. "
