"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The customer service was excellent — every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room was spotless, calm, and beautifully decorated, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the welcome beverage; it was a thoughtful touch that set a positive tone for the stay. The hotel is accross the street from the Computer History Museum. The only downside for me was the bed, which I didn’t find very comfortable. While everything else exceeded expectations, a better mattress would have made the stay perfect. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great service and atmosphere — just a small improvement needed on the bedding."

"We stayed for my daughters soccer tournament.The rooms were clean got two bedroom suite. Staff was nice. My kids loved it. Nicely update no complaints!. Breakfast was good maybe change sausge and no yellow cheese in omlette lol. The breakfast dining nice and updated. Outside area cute space with games, pool, bbq. Sesting area.Spacious rooms 2 bathrooms. Forgot to take pics. Keep it up clean and updated. Loved it!"
