"Property was in a good location away from traffic but close enough to plenty of food, shopping and fun things to do. Cottage was clean and in a gated code access community. Loved the screened porch with a fan for a nice breeze. Our cottage had full kitchen and bath room with 2 bedrooms….1 with a queen bed the other with a queen bed with twin bunk over also a pull out couch in living room providing plenty of comfortable sleeping space. Community pool was in a central location easy walking distance from cottages. We may have just found our new favorite place to stay!!"

"Definitely would not stay here again. There is zero soundproofing and the beds are the least comfortable I've ever slept on. They said we couldn't park a second vehicle due to capacity constraints but that was BS because there were plenty of spots available. Overall, crappy experience. Avoid at all costs!!"

"My stay at the Grand Hotel Ocean City Oceanfront was a mix of pros and cons. On the positive side, the room was spacious and very clean, which I truly appreciated. However, the check-in experience was disappointing; the staff member who assisted me was unwelcoming and acted quite rudely, making me feel as though they were talking down to me. While the accommodations were great, the customer service left much to be desired."

"There were several issues with our room. The first-floor balcony door would not lock, and it took about two hours for maintenance to fix it. The couch mattress was heavily stained, the pillowcases were dirty, and there were dead bugs on the floor upon arrival. Staff brought multiple replacement mattresses before eventually finding an acceptable solution. The staff were friendly, professional, and worked hard to resolve the problems, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the room and an unexpected $30 charge at check-in despite having prepaid through Expedia significantly impacted our stay. While I value the staff’s efforts, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"Honestly, for the money that we paid, this place seemed a little sketchy. It was clean. We’re pretty sure staff was coming in our room and turning up our air condition and unplugging our chargers. This was happening after they had already been in to clean our room. The breakfast staff was absolutely awful. I’ve never seen more rude staff to customers. It wasn’t towards me, but I watched how they treated other customers and it was terrible. For the money I paid next time I would just stay right on the strip in Ocean City. Also, the pool hours were terrible."
