"Comfoetable hotel, good service, nice pool, good restaurant."

"Towels and bed linens were stained. The wifi was not working for one of the guest. The clerk late night ignored our requests after some time to fix wifi. The bed linens for the sofa bed were not ready and not in the apartment so I had to get them at the reception desk."

Ingen bar eller restaurang men det finns flera i närheten. Trevlig personal. Parkering finns. Poolhanddukar finns att låna. Luktade lite fukt i sovrummet, vet inte om det var pga närheten till havet. "

Self serve drinks including wine, beer and soft drinks meant there was never a queue at the pool bar. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and shade. Poolside food was good but we preferred the buffet, but the kids preferred the chicken legs and chicken nuggets by the pool. Hotel was very clean and always being cleaned. "Don't think we've had a better stay in Gran Canaria. The place is fantastically located close to all the best places in Playa del Ingles. With the pool, mini golf, tennis and pool bar we had everything on-site we needed. The apartments are charming and comfortable, and good air conditioning! "
