What’s nonexistent the previous owner of Machu Picchu boutique had moved to a different location and the pictures on the webpage for hotels.com are completely incorrect. The address for the hotel belongs to a different hotel at the time did not have any vacancies so me and my dad who is 75 were left out until 11 o’clock at night looking for a place to sleep. I hope someone reads this and makes the appropriate adjustments change or...

"The sheets were stained and dirty, the location is extremely noisy, very thin walls and windows. You can hear the noise in the street until 3 AM.. not recommended for a relaxing stay. The whole room just felt dirty. Other than that, the price was good."

"Location of this property was excellent. Unfortunately the water system wasn’t working properly. We never had a hot shower. We always had to wait for showers and was just warm. Owner was friendly and tried adjusting temperatures but it didn’t work. We stayed 3 days and never had the room cleaned or towels changed but it was cheep"

"This was incredible. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this may not be for you , but if you want a real authentic experience with an incredible view , I mean incredible. (This is saying a lot as I am from Alaska and have a high level of expectation for views ) the family that runs the base camp and restraint were so sweet this was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had in my life. Can’t wait to plan my trip back here! "

"Hotel built on top of restaurant no direct entry, very tiny way to get to reception upstairs, no elevator. Rooms with no access to fresh air outside. At night around 0200, some people may be other guests, came in shouting, very loud, laughing making crying sounds, felt terrible, continued for about 30min. Breakfast was good, kept our luggage."

Despite advertisements, there is no Laundry Facility, no 24hr desk service, no concierge, intermittent wifi, no coffee shop, and no sound proof rooms. Breakfast was terrible - old and dried out pan de aqua with bad jam and instant coffee. Bedding was horrible. "Really great place to stay if you’re going to machu pichu. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they even offered to bring our luggage to the train station when we came back from machu pichu. The hotel has an incredible view while enjoying breakfast."
