"I live taking my grandkids there because of the amenities and location to the beach. We love it. However, we did encounter a bell men that did not want to help with our luggage which was disappointing. He had the nerve to tell me that, had he know our room wasn’t ready he wouldn’t have loaded it. He also said that he would have to unpack all our belongings because they would need the luggage cart. I have stayed at 100s of hotels and never been told that. Later a very nice older concierge helped us with our luggage and showed us a room full of empty luggage carts. I was disappointed with the extent the first bellman went to avoid helping."
