"Terrible staff. Bad area."

"Room was “overall” clean but many details overlooked: Curtains are very dirty and stained. Towels were clean but stained. Cold water faucet handle was broken, would not stay attached. Light switches were dirty. Dresser had one drawer that would not open at all. Pool area is nice but outside of rooms are bleak looking. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Area near dumpster was unsightly, a tub and toilet were exposed but were eventually picked up. "

"We had two stays here. The 13th floor was excellent - clean, new and well kept. Our second stay was on the third floor, which seemed very old, dirty and forgotten. The floor was dirty and the bed smelled. Just a horrible stay. "

"Our stay at the Hyatt was perfect. The staff were so friendly. Our dinner at the restaurant was so good and again very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast bar. The food was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay again. "

"Airport shuttle was every 30 minutes but once full it leaves early. Could provide an extra shuttle during peak morning hours. We had to wait for the next shuttle eventhough we arrived at the shuttle waiting area early "

"There was trash piling up next to the elevators all weekend long that didn't get cleaned ever. The room itself was clean but the bathroom was a bit dirty and the faucet was not sealed into sink bowl. Elevator very long every time. I couldn't find the stairs but that would be a better option."

"Well to start off, there was no mention of construction going on to the hotel. They were working well into the late afternoon till around 6 or so. The restaurant was under construction as well and they moved the dinning area to conference room that happen to have a balcony. It was kinda awkward and no one didnt really know what to do when you get in. The food was good though. The cocktails were just ok. We tool the kids to the pool in the afternoon. We had it to ourselves for a brief moment until a group of people , 3 guys and 2 girls, came in and started blasting there music. 1 guy was saying he didnt care about playing the music loud and yelled out, "I own this F...ing motel!" Im pretty sure he didnt lol. All the pool noodles they had available looked like someone took a bite out of them and spit the pieces into the pool. There was chunks of pool noodle floating all over the pool. The little beach sitting area was nice. That was well taking care of and had a nice view of the water. The rooms were nice and had a great view if you get the balcony rooms. The ice machines and vending machine had locked cage doors on them and i wasnt sure if i need to prop the door so i could get out or close it and be locked in lol. The pictures from what i seen on the Expedia profile wasnt exactly the same when i got there. "
