"One elevator was not working made for long wait times "

"The staff was great, very friendly, our room (313) was nice and clean but needs wall and ceiling touched up from prior water leak, carpet needs good steam cleaning and caulking in bathroom needs to be checked and resealed.( I used to be maintenance man at a former Best Western high rise, these are things I always see first glance)! Otherwise the Property was top notch!"

"They must have remodeled recently because everything looks brand new to the point that some blue tape was left where paint needed to be touched up. Mattress was comfortable and the area was nice. Very clean hotel, no complaints."

"The shuttle was convenient, but the front desk staff wasn’t super helpful, when I checked JB they didn’t tell me about the breakfast, lack of pool. The hallways smelled like weed and my tv didn’t work properly."

"Bed were super comfortable!Front desk was super nice and helpful. The only issue that we ran into was breakfast. We went down at 8:50 as breakfast stops at 9:30. And the breakfast buffet had been hit hard where there was nothing left except for grits and a couple of bruised bananas. The breakfast attendant comes back in at 9:10 from being outside and stated she wasn't putting no more food out bc breakfast ends soon. She sits down in the lobby and was on her phone until 9:30 when it was time to clean up.. There were a lot of guest left with no options for breakfast.."
