"Room was clean but the furniture was old and run down. Some of the property had been remodeled. Our upper floor room was not one of them. The property was not well kept. Stucco was chipping on lower level, and the inside of the elevator was dirty and dated. The lobby and grounds were excellent. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than expected with an omelet bar. The interior grounds were nice. "

"I loved the I love lucy theme. The one bed room suites with pool view our nice for families & have large bathrooms, which our remodeled. The pool was nice & relaxing with pool bar. My family would come back very affordable prices."

"Honestly, the worst experience. Over crowded, terrible service. Understaffed. Housekeeping service attempted at 10pm after requesting service four times that day. Sent a formal complaint to the hotel and have yet to connect with anyone almost a month later after following up weekly. Extremely disappointing experience."
