"I have fraud alert on my credit card. Since the card didn’t recognize charges, it didn’t accept the charge. I approved the charge but the employee said the charge still didn’t go through? I booked the room again but only created a second reservation which caused two reservations. Expedia won’t credit me for the error and said it was a no show."

"Was accidentally given a occupied room, but was quickly reassigned. It was clean enough and the ac worked well, but the hotel guests above me were quite noisy. Airport shuttle was reliable and it is incredibly close to the airport. If you are looking for a cheap, convenient stay before you head to the airport, this will fit the bill."

"I liked the hotel and the room, but if you are looking to get some rest, this is definitely not the place; I didn't sleep at all due to the noise from the train and the departing planes. (Nice hotel bad location)"
