Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and orderly, the problem was that they could never fix the water temperature for the whole 4 days we stayed there.We could never have cold water in the shower, the water a extremely hot.

Front check in person was having too many social conversations with other people while I waited with 15+ min with a tired, crying baby to check in. Unacceptable.

I am going to say now what I did not like. I don’t like the system with the only one key to open the room door, especially because the lights only work with the key in and the elevator only worked with that key so that meant that my daughter had to stay in the darkness while I had to go down the stairs for a while. The breakfast price is not competitive at all with the other hotels, we stayed at hotel ECCE as well and the breakfast was plentiful and offer multiple choices and it was $250 for 2 people. I think this Hilton is ok but not very good compared to ECCe

Muy poca disponibilidad para transportarme al aeropuerto, elegí este hotel porque decía que era gratis. Me dijeron que ya estaba lleno, que me daban otro teléfono de otro prestador de este servicio, pero nunca contestaron. Así que el motivo por el que lo elegí no fue satisfecho. Todo lo demás, instalaciones, limpieza, excelente. Solo el mal servicio en la transportación al aeropuerto. En la próxima ocasión, mejor elijo un que esté cerca del aeropuerto
