"Very good, clean and comfortable room with plenty of storage space and it had a very good TV. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Helpful members of staff. Convenient location, parking at the hotel was available and the tram stop is right outside the hotel."

"Check in was very efficient . The corridors smelt of wacky backy! The rooms were ok. Breakfast was ok the bacon was overdone but everything else was nice. ok stay for what we wanted it for."

"We had a terrible stay, 3beds in the room,had to climb over each other to get to toilet in the night.we had no cleaner for the 4days we were there.furniture falling apart,no beds made no bin emptied,1 electrical socket in room,kettle had to be plugged in on floor for safety.a horrible view of an alley I think it was.continual banging throughout the night.was. No fraught beer on sale,only supposed to have a double bed,not 3,no chair to sit on,rubbish in drawers"

"Nice hotel good food friendly staff special mention for Floyd in the resteraunt lovely guy nothing was to much trouble always greeted with a smile and a friendly word. Only one small complaint was with the room we could not open the window it was stuck shut we asked at reception if something could be done to open the window nothing was done just for the record it was room 225 date of stay 16th till 20th march weather was good would have been nice to open the window as the room was stuffy"

"Hotel in good location. Parking available which was good. Breakfast was lovely although if small Kelloggs breakfast boxes available would make it even better. Room was very dated and need a refurb. Toilet seat was so close to wall you couldn’t sit comfortable. Room was clean as can be but need to decorate."

"The bar was reasonbly priced and on Saurday night karaoke was on. The room was clean and tea/coffee facilities in room. The location is great. Had no complaints and will be returning in May."

"The flat was very clean and it was easy to access with a code. The washing facilities for flat 1 were in another little room that you had to go outside to access, which was fine. There were basic necessities there like kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven (not fan), iron, ironing board, hairdryer, travel cot etc, which was really helpful. The little outside space was clean and the parking was helpful outside the back as well as the front. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we would be happy to book again, great value!"
