The room was clean but the tub was older. The staff was so friendly and kind. I didn’t use the shuttle but I upset because they parked the shuttle in the front door and you couldn’t go around it. It was pouring rain and everyone was upset bc it wasn’t going out again and we all were soaked!

I was in room 411, the heat did not work at all. I woke up freezing and never could get it warmer than 66 degrees. The staff was great at the front desk.
