Room was clean pool was nice. The staff is very friendly. Joyce from the kitchen staff was super sweet. She was nice enough to pack up a to go playe for my kiddo to eat later.

Hampton Inn Cleveland-Downtown
Stayed overnight for a tournament at the Convention Center. The Hampton Inn has a convenient location, and the staff were very friendly. Lobby, hallways and room were very clean. Included breakfast was great, a rare find!
