"We were relocated to the property in Suffolk Street because their property we initially booked had a problem. After being shown to a basement apartment, which we found rather stale and cheerless, we were relocated to a quiet and well-appointed studio on the second floor. Much better. The property is in a very quiet lane off a very busy street in London’s business district, and is incredibly well situated for walks to St Paul’s, Southwark and Millenium Bridges and a 2 minute walk to Cannon...

"Very good family friendly hotel, super helpful staff and good location. We did arrive on the morning and wanted to drop of suitcase but our room was ready so we been checked in straight away. Also got complimentary drinks voucher for the hotel bar. Also good service at the breakfast.Recommended."

"this is the worst place I have ever stayed in the UK, the flat could be better if worked on, the dinning chairs have nails on them, the bed mattress need a change, no cleaner came to change towels or clean over the days I was there."

"First family trip to London. Nice apartment close to local pubs, restaurants, transport and green space for kids to play in. Had some issues with hot water and toilet seat but rectified swiftly by staff. Just wish staff could give us more time to answer door before letting themselves into the apartment-kids and myself were in shower😬 "

"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."
