"Hotel was high quality. Staff v friendly and v helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent and just a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anyone staying in Rouen. "
"Great location in the center of the town and you can walk to all the sights and restaurants but I didn’t know that you had to have a code to enter the street where the hotel is located. Parking space is tight."
"We enjoyed this hotel a lot! But the infrared sauna and gym closed for repairs after 2 nights which was disappointing. Another issue was the room temperature ~ they couldn’t drop it below 19 degrees as it was too early in the season (?) for them…this was in april and it was quite warm.the meals at the restaurant were wonderful, and the cheese dome is worthy of a view and ordering a raclette was outstanding. It is walkable distance from the downtown and the churches, and rouen itself was charming."
"Great location. Very large rooms for a European hotel. The only downside was the parking. We had rented a slightly larger car so we could tour four adults comfortably. The hotel suggested we park in the Opera Parkade right next to the hotel. The spots were so tight I had to crawl into the back seat to get out of the car. Apparently this is quite common and why most people in France have compact cars."
"Good location, next to the river, restaurants etc. Close to the old town as well so easy to commute by foot. There was a parking as well however it was €12 per night, which I thought should be free if you are a hotel guest.
Rooms were clean and for the price I could not complain about anything.
The only let down I would say was breakfast. No fruits, no veggies, no condiments like ketchup etc. It was super basic and I dont even know if its worth the money even if its cheap enough. You might be well better with a fresh baguette sandwich from a local boulangarie."
