This was a great choice of hotel. It is well situated along side the river, and just an easy walk to the cathedral and other sights. It is spacious with comfortable beds, and a kitchenette to make mealtimes easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and importance is placed on caring for the environment. I'd happily stay here again.

This is a good place to stay in Rouen. Nice room, friendly staff, good condition, great location. Our only complaint is that our room was very cold. The thermostat in the room did not work. Temps were in the 40’s during our stay. We were told that there was no heat for the room, but no other explanation . We kept the towel warmer turned up high and that was out only heat. We were glad to leave after our 4-night stay.

Super option pour une nuit ou un séjour plus long. Bien placé, moderne et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées. Très bon petit déjeuner, d’excellente qualité et avec grand choix d’aliments. Seul bémol (et surprise pour nous) : l’annonce indique que l’hôtel dispose d’un parking mais n’indique pas que son coût n’est pas compris dans celui de la chambre.

Very hard to get parking. Beds were hard like sleeping on a cot, also pillows were so flat. Loved the organization of the room. Though it was small it was well thought out. Just poor nights sleep.

Disappointed

Great location and nice hotel, but they are over priced and under deliver. Not even free tea or coffee in the rooms which you would expect even from a budget hotel. Originally picked this hotel because of the advertised secure parking only to find it was full, small and shared with another hotel.

Den bedste morgenmad

Virkelig godt hotel til et par dage i Rouen. Morgenmaden er tæt på at være den bedste hotelmorgenmad jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Kæmpe udvalg og lutter lokale produkter. Værelserne er rene og pæne. Parkeringskælder lige under hotellet. Og hotellet ligger lige i centrum. Jeg kommer gerne tilbage.

Nice hotel, good parking

Nice hotel, good position, parking at nearby car parks, one under the hotel. Would advise parking in the one underneath, we parked in the Opera house one next door. Tiny spaces and awkward access. Wouldn't recommend that one unless you have a very small vehicle and are not worried about damage
