"Excellent overnight stay at this great little guesthouse hotel. Very clean, great communication (largely unmanned), comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms. Very close to local amenities. Parking found on hotel road no problem. Breakfast was a nice surprise with hot options as was only expecting a continental choice. A great asset to Cleethorpes"

"Midweek this hotel is a magnet for workers. There are some excellent restaurants walking distance from the hotel, and the breakfast is cracking."

"Booked at short notice online as was in the area for work great valine for money. Was seen soon as I walked in and being a pub the lovely lady told me straight away there was live music and it might be a bit noisy. Which I didn’t mind as I was going to work. The room I was in I didn’t hear much of the noise from downstairs at all lovely room food shower clean tidy if I had to grumble about anything it was the fact I had to go to work as the people in the pub downstairs all looked to be having an amazing time I was tempted to call in sick all in all great value for money "
