"We just left the Sunset Vistas. There are some good features - rooms are big (while bathrooms are tiny), kitchen is equipped well and proximity to the ocean is nice. Management is awful. We booked 2 rooms with the same itinerary for the same family back in November. Since then we called the hotel three times asking what should we do to ensure we have rooms next to each other. We have 4 kids, one of them is special needs, so having rooms next to each other is a safety feature for our family. We told the management about this multiple times before and upon arrival. They gave us two rooms in the opposite wings of the building located on different levels. They told us that they will take care of this next day, they never did. We came to the front desk every single day for the first 5 out of 8 days of our stay. Every day we were told that tomorrow suite close to ours departing and next days manager would give another lame excuse. To add to the worst hotel experience, for 8 days zero time cleaning was done, we had to wash the towels, because they were not changing them and it was never enough when we requested them. No toiletries were refilled (three small tubes were supposed to serve my family for 8 days, I guess). Moreover, the toilet paper was brought after multiple reminders and coming to the front desk on the second day after the first request. The hotel itself is not bad and looks very nice, but the management and service issues made our trip dangerous and very stressful "

"Room directly above restaurant -good view of beach but air handlers noisy. Front door closed at top but not at bottom so it had a large gap in door jamb. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Elevator had signs that key card was needed to access rooms but it did’t work. Would have felt safer if it was working."

"The room was surrounded to be ready at 4, but wasn’t ready until 4:30, I requested a pack and play 3 times and it wasn’t delivered until 8pm and left outside our door with the sheets and blankets. The rooms were absolutely disgusting and dirty with stains all over the linens and curtains. There was food left in the freezer and the floors were dirty. The ac made a terrible loud noise all night and the toilet kept running. The hotel was old and not well kept. The only positives were the beach access and the wait staff by the pool."

"This is a 2-part hotel; an older, beach-front building, with a newer annex across the street. The annex is above a parking area and is accessed by elevator. The beach building is two stories, stair access only. Only a few rooms at the west end have a beach view. But it is walk-out to the beach, with lots of chairs and lounges, tables under lit shelter, pool, and well-landscaped patio. Easy walk to a breakfast joint in one direction, and a coffee shop in the other. Note that our room had a kitchenette (sink, fridge, mike, toaster, and 1-cup coffeemaker), but there's no plates, glasses, or cutlery, not even coffee stirrers. There were coffee pods and two mugs, and you can go to the lobby coffee machine and get some plastic spoons. There were USB ports in the wall sconces and nightstand, but the sconces had to be powered on by a wall switch fot the ports to be live."
