"We just left the Sunset Vistas. There are some good features - rooms are big (while bathrooms are tiny), kitchen is equipped well and proximity to the ocean is nice.
Management is awful. We booked 2 rooms with the same itinerary for the same family back in November. Since then we called the hotel three times asking what should we do to ensure we have rooms next to each other. We have 4 kids, one of them is special needs, so having rooms next to each other is a safety feature for our family. We told the management about this multiple times before and upon arrival. They gave us two rooms in the opposite wings of the building located on different levels. They told us that they will take care of this next day, they never did. We came to the front desk every single day for the first 5 out of 8 days of our stay. Every day we were told that tomorrow suite close to ours departing and next days manager would give another lame excuse.
To add to the worst hotel experience, for 8 days zero time cleaning was done, we had to wash the towels, because they were not changing them and it was never enough when we requested them. No toiletries were refilled (three small tubes were supposed to serve my family for 8 days, I guess). Moreover, the toilet paper was brought after multiple reminders and coming to the front desk on the second day after the first request.
The hotel itself is not bad and looks very nice, but the management and service issues made our trip dangerous and very stressful "
