"This was the 2nd stay here. It's an excellent location. I do have to say though that the people staying next to us stayed up partying until almost 2 am with music blasting and being very loud. The next night, their children showed up and kept trying to get into our room through the adjoining door. They was also smoking Marijuana because everytime we would go to the restroom in our room, we could smell it strongly. I would also say that the staff needs to explain better the hold they put on your card. I kept being told it was the resort fee but that fee was included in my price through expedia. After 3 business days from checking out, I called the resort inquiring about the hold being refunded back to me 5 times and Victoria kept hanging up on me. That's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then I was told I would only get back a portion of my hold and had to contact Expedia. The bar and restaurant is excellent and I highly recommend eating at Jimmy Guanas. I also found a half smoked joint in the parking lot outside of the 1st parking garage entrance."
