"The staff was really friendly and helpful. We loved the little market so we could get a few necessities on-site (and the wine for purchase + self-serve wine bar was a plus!). The pool is heated perfectly and really lovely. The rooms are well-appointed and super comfy - the only thing I wish the hotel provided was some lotion with the rest of the shower products! Breakfast was delicious, with options for everyone, and coffee service that started at 5; that was useful for me traveling solo with kids! The smart TV was great for our evening entertainment, and we loved walking across the street to the grocery and Plank Coffee. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!"

"Service at your hotel is what stood out the most 💐 Giselle was able to check me in early (since the room was available) she recommended and booked a wonderful mud bath and massage session (with Anna) … BOTH experiences exceeded my expectations!! Clean, efficient and SUPER relaxing which is why people are there ! Your pool and jacuzzis were amazing - perfect temperature!! Overall one of the best experiences ever; I felt more like visiting friends not just another guest. GREAT ROOM TOO !! Can’t wait to be back 💖💖"

"The hotel is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed is too hard. The proximity to this rooftop bar makes it loud at night. The strangest thing about the hotel is the understaffing. The whole lobby is generally staffed by one guy. He’s the front desk, the valet, the bellhop, he may even be a bartender since the front desk doubles for the bar. If you need your car pulled up from valet, the entire lobby is unstaffed and anyone hoping to check-in just sits. Very weird."
