"I would recommend this quaint little cottage to anyone who loves being in nature. It was easy to find, quick to access and the communication was fantastic prior to our visit. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple. The dog friendly home is located on a quiet street in the middle of the forest. They even supplied dog bags which was a great touch. "It was a wonderful Christmas getaway for the two of us and our two small dogs. This was our first visit but won’t be our last. We did learn that we over packed but I guess that’s normal. Very comfortable, bed was super cozy, just had to get used to the stairs. Loved walking on the beach with the dogs. ❤️"

"Hotel was very comfortable, very clean and hosts were welcoming. Check-in was easy since we arrived during the specified time window. Our special request was honored. We only have one improvement suggestion. The hotel detail indicated "Breakfast Included." It did not say continental breakfast, but that is all that was available. That was a disappointment. No hot food available other than instant oatmeal packs, but a lot of bread and roll choices, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. "

"Mike and Debbie are fantastic hosts. The breakfasts were amazing and our room was quite comfy. We took advantage of the hot tub. Perfect after a long day of hiking. There's also a sauna but we ran out of time. Maybe next time. We'll definitely be back!"

My wife thought she booked a room with a deck, but we did not get that :( She called the front desk and was told because we booked with Hotels.com and not directly we could NOT move into a room with deck, even though it was not full. nice trip but will stay somewhere else next visit."

"Perfect little get away for our anniversary. Room was clean, but had a weird smell in the room, but we opened the windows and it went away. We had the Starlight room and it was beautiful, overlooking the water. There is no patio or personal balcony for this room but it was still perfect. We stayed for 3 nights, and there was plenty to do all around. Starlight room has utensils, cups, plates, a fridge and microwave. "
