"The lobby is open and inviting. The staff were all very friendly and available. We were shocked by the sign notifying us that it is loud in the rooms, and that there were earplugs and white noise machines in each room. I was stressed about that, but then at night it was not that bad. There was only a little noise around 2 am- seems like when the bars all close and people head to the parking garage across the street. The pool was closed, which would’ve been nice to know in advance. The noise potential and pool closure notification should be shared, even if it is an Expedia booking. All in all I’d stay here again. We walked to Dix Park and there were so many restaurants to choose from. The coffee and breakfast were on brand, dependable and fresh. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean."
